【摘要】 上颌后牙与上颌窦关系密切，上颌后牙根尖周炎症可以扩散至上颌窦而并发牙源性上颌窦炎(odontogenic maxillary sinusitis)。这种情况在临床较为少见，有可能造成误诊、误治。本例报告提示，详细的病史采集在相关鉴别诊断中有重要意义，尤其是在提倡把医学作为人文科学的现在，应该是对作为整体的人的关爱和人性化服务。医疗不应只着眼于局部，而应多学科合作，共同维护患者的健康。
